From a post by Diego F. and other comments I've been doing on how to communicate to the Presidency, I have detected a deficiency that could be corrected.
In fact, the bulk of the communication that the Chairman regarding different achievements of the Government, citing figures and background to the topic you are playing. Hard information. Rational. Intelligible. Well structured. Well basted. All wrapped in a format very subtly made gestures, pauses, grimaces and smiles, but the content is that. Aimed at the right. Almost, almost, I would say to a broker.
I do not know if from time to time, and in addition to the above, it should appeal to other content aimed at a different audience, the audience more responsive to the intuitive-emotional appeals. The type of message that originally was able to use quite successfully Scioli. Which appealed to the "faith and optimism." I do not know.
a message for me is absolutely hollow and insubstantial, but do not know if that same, in other ears, a different side cove. For you are things like the need tujes and hopes, it may be more concerning a "force, not loose!" That show the evolution of the Central Bank's reserves.
